We have posted different learning activities for Earth Day on our blog page. Here is some of the completed work :) We will continue to add your work as you send it us. Wesley shared ways that he recycles at home -Div 6 This page showcases learning activities that students have completed from the read-aloud and activities section on our library blog (also found on our library Facebook page). We are so excited to have students share their learning with us! We look forward to seeing more examples of student work samples. Send your work to Ms. Loudon, Miss Moon, or your classroom teacher. After reading along with the book TIDY, by Emily Gravett, these students submitted their work. Dwayne drew a badger! Div 9 Dwayne shared his learning about badgers by finding facts. He listened for rhyming words in the story, he thought about how a character's actions could change the forest, and he thought of a question he would like to ask a character. Div 9 Emilee, Div 13, shared facts that she learned about badgers. This is what Emilee learned: "Badgers have small ears and they can run as fast as the cars in the school zone. That means the badgers can keep up with the school bus!" |
